We strive to be like a super friend to all the people who enter our Bude, to whom we offer a warm temporary home. We want to treat all the people around us as equals and with respect – and use every synergy to make the Superbude grow sustainably now and in the future. In this way, we are always happy to be inspired to do great things, yet never get cocky.
WHAT WE ARE MADE OF
We don't frantically follow outdated norms, yet we have clear values. We are all individual personalities – individual, versatile, and authentic. Just like you. The Superbude lives from the people who visit and work at it. Because without them, we would simply be a big house and not a Superbude. The secret of Superbude Hotels is not a whacky spice mixture, it’s the people! Because they provide a real and authentic home feeling, honest communication, and a large portion of creativity. You certainly don’t get this wild mix overnight. It has unfolded over many years, is passed on, and has developed through the contribution of every person who has worked or lived here. We enjoy being hosts and do what we do wholeheartedly. We strive to make each person who comes to our Bude feel like staying in a warm home away from home. How do we do that? Simple. We treat our guests like friends who are finally visiting, to whom we want to show the city, and with whom we can be ourselves. Edgy? But hey, it’s all about the feel-good factor, isn’t it? It's about putting a smile on a visitor’s face and doing it honestly and from the heart – personally, but also professionally. At lively locations, we become one with our surroundings. We focus on locals and are not just a place for transients to stay longer, but primarily by, with, & for locals. That pretty much sums it up.
