The officially titled Antonipark offers a metropolitan landscape experience, which is particularly impressive due to its close proximity to the Elbe. Hafenstraße, Fischmarkt, not to forget the Reeperbahn: Park Fiction is located in a typical Hamburg neighbourhood. Lucky, because the city had actually planned to build commercial and residential buildings at this location. But a dynamic civic and protest culture prevailed with the park idea. And where office towers were originally planned, palm trees now grow into the Hamburg sky.
