Choose your city
We have one hotel in Vienna and three in Hamburg. It is up to you whether you want to apply only in one city or maybe even regardless of the city. Find the open positions below.

We want to be respectful and supportive employers, so it goes without saying that we want you to have the time you spend with us recognized. Overtime is written down and compensated. Nobody drops the pen when the crew needs support, but always know that you will not stay without us noticing!

You can always help yourself to our breakfast buffet (in Hamburg) and additionally we make sure that you get something warm and/or healthy to eat every day. In Vienna, our partner NENI offers daily soulfood for all employees. Of course, we also offer fresh fruit, water and juices for free!

Are you coming by bus or train? We think that's really SUPER! Therefore, we pay you the hole ticket!
Work flexibility
All employees who have admin or office jobs have the possibility to work from their home office as well as up to one month a year from wherever they want - but with a maximum time difference of 3 hours.

Thanks to many partners and friendships, we always have great goodies for our crew. Whether it's raining cats and dogs while shopping or you're on the guest list for the coolest concerts in town and meet your favourite musician or band the next morning at breakfast. Everyone is in for a treat!
City flex
We have four hotels - three in Hamburg and one in Vienna. To support the exchange among each other we facilitate an exchange program. In concrete this means that we take over the accommodation and travel expenses after individual agreement for a temporary change to another Superbude.
Extra Urlaub
From 2023, all employees, regardless of their pay scale group or how long they have been employed, will receive 30 days of vacation per year!
Referral bonus
When recruiting new colleagues, we pay the recruiter a bonus of 500€ as soon as the new employee has worked with us for two months (AT) or has completed the probationary period and has entered into a permanent employment contract (DE).
