Located in the lively district of St. Georg, just a few minutes from Hamburg’s main train station, this is where the very first Superbude opened its doors. From here, the city centre, HafenCity, Miniatur Wunderland, theatres, concerts and buzzing neighbourhoods are easy to reach – many highlights even within walking distance.
Superbude St. Georg combines smart comfort with plenty of space for socialising. Modern rooms, communal areas for meeting and relaxing, and special extras such as a gym hall, private cinema and rooftop terrace create ideal conditions for group stays. Whether being active together or enjoying relaxed breaks between programme points – there’s room for both.

Can a larger group actually stay together?
Absolutely! Superbude St. Georg has 74 rooms waiting for you. Of course, we’ll need to check availability in advance – but don’t worry, we’ll sort all of that out for you once your enquiry is submitted.
Are there fixed group allocations or exclusive booking options?
No, we don’t work with fixed group contingents. Instead, we review every group request individually – depending on travel period, group size and availability at the property.
If you wish, we’re happy to place rooms for your group on a non‑binding option. This means we’ll hold the selected rooms exclusively for you for an agreed period of time, giving you the freedom to plan and make your final decision at ease.
Are there special group rates or packages?
Yes! For groups staying at Superbude St. Georg, we offer attractive group rates per person per night, including breakfast. Prices depend on the selected room category:
- From €74 per person per night in a single room including breakfast
- From €45 per person per night in a double room including breakfast
- From €30 per person per night in a shared room (4–6 people) including breakfast
These offers are valid from Sunday to Thursday until 31 March 2027.
In addition, we can offer dinner options for groups, comparable to half board.
Dinner must be booked in advance, ideally at least three weeks before arrival, so we can prepare everything properly.
For individual requests, different group sizes or special occasions, we’re happy to advise you personally.
How can we pay?
For private and school groups, we keep things easy:
After the booking confirmation, we ask for a 50% deposit of the total amount.
The remaining balance can then be paid either on site or by invoice after departure.
That way, everything is safely planned – and you can fully focus on enjoying your time together in Hamburg.
Can individual expenses be settled on site (e.g. drinks, extras)?
Yes, absolutely! Drinks and extras can be settled individually and easily on site.This way, you stay flexible and everyone pays exactly for what they’ve consumed.
Are there accessible or barrier‑free rooms?
While we are not completely barrier‑free, we are barrier‑friendly.

General information:
- Short stops for loading and unloading are possible directly in front of the building.
- A ramp with an incline of approx. 8% leads to our entrance.
- At the top of the ramp, you’ll find a doorbell on the left‑hand wall if you need assistance with a wheelchair or similar.
- We have one wheelchair‑friendly double room (#204). Please make sure to request this room specifically if needed.
- Superbude St. Georg is equipped with an elevator, and room #204 can be reached by lift.

You can hang out together in our Kitchenclub, grab a drink at the bar, play board games or simply relax.
If you feel like moving or having a little friendly competition, our gym hall with table tennis and giant Jenga is waiting for you.
And for everyone who prefers things cosy, our indoor cinema is perfect for movie nights.

Our reception is staffed 24/7, and our super crew is always happy to help with advice and support on site. All questions before arrival and after your stay are handled by our reservations team.

Respect (y)our neighbours! Quiet hours start at 10:00 pm.
Of course, you’re still welcome to hang out in the Kitchenclub or enjoy drinks at the bar – we just kindly ask all groups to be mindful of other guests and our neighbours.

Nice and easy: from 10 rooms or 13 people.
Is the accommodation suitable for different age groups?
Absolutely! Everyone is welcome here – and we love a colourful mix of guests.

Yes! We offer rooms for 2 to 6 people – from double rooms to multi‑bed rooms, everything is available.
Are there rooms where groups can meet exclusively?
A very clear yes and no.
We don’t have classic group or conference rooms at Superbude St. Georg – but we do offer special spaces with plenty of character.
Our indoor cinema can be rented exclusively on request and is perfect for meetings, movie nights or shared programme points.
In addition, you’re welcome to use our public community areas – always with consideration for our other guests, of course.
Is breakfast included for groups?
Yes! When you book one of our special group offers, breakfast is automatically included.
Can special dietary requirements be accommodated?
Absolutely! There’s something for everyone at breakfast – whether vegan, gluten‑free or with other dietary needs.
If you book dinner with us, we’ll of course take special dietary requirements into account as well and work together to create something delicious and suitable for your group.
How are check‑in and check‑out processes handled for groups?
To keep everything running smoothly on site, we clarify all key details with you before arrival via our reservations team. This includes arrival and departure times, breakfast times and a name list for your group.
Upon arrival, only a group registration form needs to be signed – and you’re good to go.
If you arrive early or still have time to explore the city on departure day, you’re welcome to store your luggage with us.
